Why Choose A Professional Roofing Contractor? Here's why!
The 101 Industries roofing department is RCABC certified and services the industrial, commercial, and residential market places in our region. Our field crews are lead by seasoned journeymen with many years of experience in proper safety procedures and factory trained application methods.
Safety of our crews is a core value at 101 Industries. We ensure worker safety by implementing tried and true fall protection practices that are specifically designed for each job site. We accomplish this by establishing a written job specific safe work procedure that details the safety concerns of that project. This includes not only flat protection but material handling, rigging, and hot work. Once the plan is designed, all members of the crew are brought together and pre start meeting is held. We own all of our equipment to provide the crews with the proper fall protection system for each specific site: perimeter hand railing systems, mobile fall arrest anchor carts, anchor plates, aerial lift equipment, and traditional rope lines with body harnesses and rope grabs.
Our field crews are highly skilled tradesmen fully versed in the requirements of the 101 Industries Health and Safety Program and in the newest W.C.B. regulations. We insist that all our employees understand the safety aspects of any job we undertake and as such provide hazard awareness on all projects. The crews are trained in the safe utilization of many forms of elevated fall protection systems such as portable hand rails, life lines, and safety monitor.

Our crews have been trained by factory representatives to apply Icopal/Siplast products. As such, we are one of only a few contractors in the BC Northwest who are approved applicators of this product. Icopal/Siplast is known in the industry to be a premier product, with longer life spans and better engineering than their competitors. It is through our close relationship with Icopal/Siplast that we are able to guarantee the success and customer satisfaction on all of our projects.
We have also established relationships with Soprema and Convoy supply. Soprema roofing products are well known and respected in the roofing industry in British Columbia. Through the supplier\manufacturer network we are able to specify, access and install a variety of products to satisfy the needs of a developing roofing market.
Of course the roofing department is supported by the other 101 Industries departments when the job requires new roof drains, structural repairs, decking repair or replacement, and sheetmetal work.
