Since 101 Industries beginning in 1968, the sheet metal and HVAC department has always been one of the company's largest. Skilled Crews

The field crews in Terrace and Kitimat are skilled in all aspects of industrial and commercial HVAC Service and ventilation installation, along with equipment handling and rigging. The crews often work at elevation, with cranes or inside active facilities.

Our fabrication shop is fully stocked with modern, automated equipment to safely and efficiently produce industrial and commercial ducting from galvanized metal, aluminum and stainless flat stock. We keep flat stock metal and plate work in stock from 28 gauge galvanized to 1/8” mild steel.

All fabrication work is done to Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association (SMACNA) standards or the owner’s specifications. To efficiently achieve these goals, the shop has been stocked and organized with a 10' shear, 12' press break, 6' automated plate roll, various punches, hand brakes, and TIG welding stations. 

The installation crews also utilize our full fleet of aerial lift equipment, flat deck trucks, transport trailers and boom truck as needed to make the job proceed safely and efficiently.

Additional Support

The sheet metal and HVAC Service, Terrace department is supported by the other departments that 101 Industries offers. When the job requires roofing of duct penetrations, structural supports and frames, cladding work or piping connections, we have the skilled people to offer the proper service in these areas. All of our departments are staffed with ticketed journeymen with BC Trades qualifications.
